If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to plan your next BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment, mark your calendar! BOTOX Cosmetic Day returns on November 18, 2026, bringing back one of the year’s most anticipated savings events for Allē members.
At Star Rejuvenation and Wellness Center in Addison, Texas, we’re excited to help our patients prepare for this annual event. Whether you’re a longtime BOTOX Cosmetic patient or considering treatment for the first time, this is an opportunity to explore available savings and plan your aesthetic treatments before the busy holiday season.
When Is BOTOX Cosmetic Day 2026?
BOTOX Cosmetic Day takes place on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
The Allē-exclusive gift-card promotion begins at 9 AM Pacific Time / 12 PM Eastern Time, which is 11 AM Central Time in Dallas, Texas. Gift cards are available while supplies last, so eligible members should plan ahead if they want to participate.
During the event, Allē members can take advantage of the following offer:
Buy One $50 Gift Card, Get One Free
Purchase one $50 BOTOX Cosmetic gift card through Allē and receive an additional $50 gift card at no cost.
That means you’ll receive $100 in total gift-card value for a $50 purchase, with each card redeemable for $50 off a qualifying BOTOX Cosmetic treatment at participating Allē provider offices, subject to the program’s terms and a healthcare provider determining that you’re an appropriate candidate.
The promotion is limited to one BOGO purchase per eligible Allē member and is available while supplies last. Gift cards must be purchased online through Allē, and all sales are final.
How Does the Allē BOTOX Cosmetic Day Promotion Work?
If you plan to take advantage of BOTOX Cosmetic Day, here are a few things to know before November 18.
1. Create or log in to your Allē account.
The BOGO gift-card offer is exclusive to eligible Allē members. If you don’t already have an account, consider registering before the event so you’re ready when the promotion begins.
2. Purchase your gift cards on November 18.
Starting at 11 AM Central Time, eligible members can purchase a $50 BOTOX Cosmetic gift card and receive a second $50 gift card for free, while supplies last.
3. Check your Allē Wallet.
According to the promotion terms, gift-card codes are added directly to your Allē Wallet after purchase processing.
4. Redeem your gift cards toward eligible treatment.
Each gift card provides $50 off a BOTOX Cosmetic treatment at participating Allē provider offices, provided your healthcare provider determines that the treatment is appropriate for you. The cards do not expire, according to the published terms.
Be sure to review the official Allē terms and conditions for complete eligibility and redemption details.
Keep an Eye Out for Star Rejuvenation’s Special Offers
In addition to the annual Allē promotion, Star Rejuvenation will be offering special deals of our own around BOTOX Cosmetic Day.
We’re preparing opportunities for our patients to explore their aesthetic goals and plan their upcoming treatments. Our Star Rejuvenation specials will be announced separately, so check back on our website and follow us on social media for updates.
If you’re planning to refresh your look before Thanksgiving, holiday parties, or the new year, November is a great time to start thinking about your treatment timeline.

Why Plan Your BOTOX Cosmetic Treatment Before the Holidays?
BOTOX Cosmetic is a prescription injectable that temporarily improves the appearance of certain facial lines caused by muscle movement, including forehead lines, frown lines between the eyebrows, and crow’s feet in adults. It is also approved for certain vertical neck bands.
Many patients prefer to plan their treatments in advance of holiday gatherings, family photos, and special events. Booking early can give you time for a consultation, treatment, and follow-up if needed.
At Star Rejuvenation, we prioritize individualized treatment plans and natural-looking results. Our approach focuses on your facial movement, aesthetic goals, and appropriate treatment recommendations—not simply treating every line.
If you’re new to BOTOX Cosmetic, a consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and determine whether treatment is suitable for you.
